I started working with lauren near the start of this year! i have struggled on and off with cystic acne all over my chin and eventually started getting a lot of gut discomfort. I found lauren’s instagram page and she looked best suited for my journey. from my first consult all the way to now she has been nothing but thorough, welcoming and understanding. her knowledge and how she deep dives into root causes is so so amazing. she recommended getting things such as blood tests, gut tests and vaginal microbiome tests. slowly but surely i did all these and lauren helped me work my way into healing my body. i was given supplements that my body was in need of, and made lifestyle/diet changes too and i noticed an insane difference. i had gone from waking up everyday with new pimples on my chin, to now getting a couple every now and then! i am no longer in constant pain and i’ve got to know my triggers and how to keep my skin under control! i am still on my healing journey for other things occurring within but i trust lauren so much as i’ve seen such a major difference within myself already! couldn’t recommend her more :)
