Lauren at Wellness Within has been the first practitioner I have worked with that has approached my health concerns holistically! I have suffered from fatigue, constant headaches & chronic pain for years now & Lauren took the time to listen to each issue/symptom I was struggling with, broaden the scope to get an indication of my overall health & then pieced together & helped me understand what factors would be at play to cause each of these but also how they might be connected to each other. Throughout the process Lauren has been very informative, explaining things in super simple but accurate terms, recommending sustainable changes that have a big impact but are easy to make to ensure that the improvements are long term. The results I have noticed in a short time have been incredible & Lauren’s approach ensures that I am held accountable to the changes I need to make, but in a very supportive way! I have learnt so much from Lauren already & feel confident that I will be able to manage & maintain my lifestyle adjustments long after my treatment journey is complete thanks to her passion for educating her clients not just fixing them 😊
