Lauren's journey to Naturopathy began through her own health issues and a lack of answers from her GP. With a Bachelor of Health Science and over 8 years of personal experience dealing with gut issues, acne and hormonal imbalances, Lauren is now on a mission to support other young adults in their health journeys, so that they have the energy, confidence and happiness to go after their personal, career and relationship goals.
